Project Manager for the $40 million project located on 24 acres of prime coastal land directly across from the University of California at San Diego in La Jolla, CA. Assisted in the innovative mixed-use design that combined 121 high-end residential townhomes and conference center/hotel with the historic preservation of existing adobe structures selected by UCSD and the UC Board of Regents. This project required extensive entitlement review over 6 years including a general plan amendment and rezone with the Planning Commission and the City Council of the City of San Diego.
