Project Manager for the 830,000 SF master plan including mixed-use mid-rise office and retail on 23.7 acres located at the entrance to Sorrento Mesa at Mira Mesa Blvd. and I-805. Responsible for the overall development including; acquisition, feasibility, financing, design, marketing and municipal approvals. The project required several approvals including; Planned Industrial Development (PID) permit, US Navy, SANDAG and the City of San Diego.

Phase 1 was comprised of twin seven story office towers totaling 261,000 SF above a 3 story parking structure with 60,000 SF of retail uses directly adjacent. Retail users included McDonald’s, Staples, Starbucks, Bank of America, Chase Bank a food court and others. Phase 2 included 2 additional office buildings with up to 500,000 SF of office uses and 30,000 SF of additional retail uses. The opportunity was to maximize the strategic location at the entrance to Sorrento Mesa with mid-rise office and complimentary retail services to the underserved Sorrento Mesa market.
